About This Tour
Navigate toward the Grey Glacier, a must-see within Torres del Paine.
The Grey Glacier Navigation is one of the must-do excursions in Torres del Paine National Park. This 3-hour trip aboard the Grey III catamaran carries you across Lake Grey among floating icebergs to the vast blue face of the glacier itself, framed by lush vegetation and imposing mountains.
How it works
To reach the boarding area you'll take a scenic 35–40 minute walk (about 1.5 km) from the parking area on the banks of the Pingo River, crossing a bridge and a stretch of forest before boarding. On the water, the scale of the icebergs and the glacier is unforgettable.
What's included
Navigation tickets, an onboard guide (Spanish/English) and a pisco sour served with glacier ice. Transportation, box lunch and park ticket are optional add-ons.

And now, yes, let's set sail! For about 3 hours you will sail the grey lake aboard the GREY III boat in the company of a professional guide, who will explain everything you will see. The glacier wall is not the only spectacle of nature, because as you approach the wall, the icebergs floating in the lake are larger, with very different shapes and colors.
In addition, the crew will offer you a pisco sour or a drink on board at no additional cost.
After the boat ride, you will return to the pier, and again you will take a short walk along the Grey beach to Pingo.
